Partnered Programs

Agenus

OBT is collaborating with Agenus to advance the clinical development of OBT076, our lead Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC), in combination with Agenus' anti-PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor, balstilimab. Clinical trials are underway across the US and Europe to evaluate the potential of this combination to reactivate the immune system and shrink tumors, particularly in CPI-naïve and resistant patients.
